What is Apple Cider Vinegar?
Our apple cider vinegar is made by fermenting the sugar from our apples, this creates acetic acid (the active ingredient, responsible for the health benefits). Cider vinegars are 5-6% acetic acid. Our organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar contains a substance called mother, which consists of strands of proteins, enzymes, and friendly bacteria.
The bacteria
